The Fr. Robinson Travesty
Have a look at THIS. It seems I'm not alone in considering the conviction of Fr. Robinson to be a travesty. It's about time for sensible people to speak out about this, instead of being cowed by irresponsible journalism and people with their own agendas.
The thing to keep in mind is that Fr. Robinson will eventually stand in judgment in front of the only judge that matters, and once there, only the real & true facts will prevail.
Anything that man does here on earth will fall by the wayside during this only/real judgment.
The events of many years ago are tainted by time and faulty, human memories...
However, while I have only hearsay knowledge of the Fr. Robinson case, I do have direct personal observation knowledge of satanic ritual activity in Ohio in the 1970's. Granted, not in Toledo -- but you can't discount it entirely.
Again, I have only hearsay knowledge of the DNA evidence. I prefer to wait before venturing an opinion on whether a travesty has or has not occurred.
Another thing to keep in mind is that the jurors "will eventually stand in judgment in front of the only judge that matters, and once there, only the real & true facts will prevail."
"All that is gold does not glitter, not all those who wander are lost; the old that is strong does not wither, deep roots are not reached by the frost. From the ashes a fire shall be woken, a light from the shadows shall spring; renewed shall be blade that was broken, the crownless again shall be king.”

When events are tainted by time and human memory, there's no constitutional way to bring charges, much less convict anyone.
Fools walk in...

I'm afraid I kept rather close track of the mess. I've never seen a trial where "beyond a reasonable doubt" was so mangled beyond recognition.

It's too bad that can't be part of the charge to the jury at every trial.
