Old South End Cottages

There's a matched set of five of these on Jervis, just behind Queen of Apostles School.
Dozens of houses with this design are scattered all over the Old South End, but these have a difference. They're brick, rather than the usual frame.

The oval, louvered window, in the gables, is a common feature in the neighborhood.

Any idea what the interior layout is like?

I've never been in one. Fairly small rooms, no doubt. Cozy, by my standards.
