where is jermain park?
Out Monroe, past Auburn.
Along both sides of Monroe street, across Upton from Ottawa Park, and across Auburn from Beatty Park. Part of the ring of parks that many years ago was planned to go around Toledo. Has some tennis courts in it at the corner of Upton and North Cove Blvd.
