The fishtail is where the (marble) fountain used to be.
But someone do something about those garish, tasteless banners. Surely there must be some other (and more effective) way to get people into the museum. In the past it always was stuffed with people, mainly children.

Still is, a good bit of the time.
I think the Metropolitan invented that sort of banner. 70's sort of thing.
Well, the metropolitan never was a very good model. It might be bigger and have more money, but Toledo always had more class.
