Actress Georgia Cayvan and her fiberglass dress, made by Libbey Glass Company of Toledo. Needless to say, even in a period not noted for comfortable clothing, fiberglass never caught on as a fashion statement. I understand Princess Eulalia of Spain ordered one, but she was a bit eccentric anyway.
