I had once heard that Ann Manor was being taken down. I'm glad to see that didn't come about.

It not only survived, it's perfectly preserved. I've been in one of the condos and they're fantastic.

Ann Manor is an incredible historic condominium community. Ann Manor -- originally apartments -- was redeveloped in the late 1990s into condos, but the developer kept a lot of the original beauty (crown moldings, textured walls, cedar closets, arc deco tiled baths, etc). It is one of Toledo's best-kept secrets. I have had the honor of marketing/selling several of the units, and there are a few for sale as I write this.

I've lived in Ann Manor for the past 4 years and can attest to the wonderfully diverse community we have here. our individual condos are historically preserved and cozy. if you enjoy "community" this is as close to commune living as you will ever be, with the benefit of having as much privacy as you need or as much social interaction for meals, coffee and wine in the court yard as you desire. we all contribute as much as we feel comfortable to cleaning, decorating, cooking, planting, and maintaining our common areas. The Old West End neighborhood is a great place to walk, socialize, create, and play, and Festival weekend in June is our highlight. Come on down!
