I wish I knew. They're very good details, more common on Richardsonian Romanesque, stone buildings, rather than fairly simple brick ones like this. It's at Monroe and Erie.
I can't remember what kind of business was in there. In fact, I don't remember the building at all, though I must have passed it thousands of times, many of them on foot.
Okay, there must be a story to this one. What is it????
